1. Return Window

To qualify for a return:

  • In the same condition you received it

We do not accept returns for:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.

4. How to Start a Return

Email Contact@tealskyes.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if applicable

Do not send items back without approval.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

We are not responsible for delays from banks or payment providers.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

8. Non-Delivery Issues

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, you must contact the carrier first. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
